Shipping Service

Orders are standardly shipped using United States Postal Service Ground Advantage, and includes tracking and insurance.

Orders may be shipped using any national or regional service that provides tracking and insurance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for the processing of their order.

Customers are responsible for the security of their order after it has been marked delivered by the shipping service.

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days from the date of the order.

If for any reason an order cannot be processed, you will receive an email from sales@heldgear.com with more information.

Most orders arrive to their destination within 2 to 4 days of processing. Tracking numbers are provided with every order once they are processed.

Heldgear.com is built with the WordPress and WooCommerce platforms. Shipping labels are created from WooCommerce, or using PayPal shipping labels when orders are paid via PayPal.

Shipping and billing addresses are collected for transaction purposes only. Financial information is not collected or stored at heldgear.com.

The Four Buck Chuck

All orders within the continental United States, no matter how large or small, ship for exactly four dollars.

This low-cost shipping policy allows for the expense of shipping to be partially recovered. It does not reflect the actual cost of shipping, which is always above four bucks.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are exempt from the “four buck chuck.” These destinations will incur higher but still unprofitable shipping charges.

Returns

Per the return policy, unless a Held product is demonstrably defective due to manufacturing error, return shipping comes at the expense of the customer.

This policy applies to all sales at heldgear.com.
